SUMMARY:Algebraic solutions to Griffiths' infinitesimal period relations
DESCRIPTION:    Speaker\n\n\nPhilippe Eyssidieux\nU. Grenoble\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will give an introduction to the homogenous pfaffian system called Griffiths’ infinitesimal relations retracing its origins to Griffiths’ discovery of Variations of Hodge Structures. Then we will define cycle-theoretic algebraic solutions and construct a projective parameter space for them. With this\, Robles’ theorem on Schubert Variations of Hodge Structures becomes a simple application of Borel fixed point theorem.
